The Operations and Administrative Assistant at Garden Church will be responsible for supporting our Operations team as they extend the Kingdom of God through the Spirit-filled administration of the church. We believe that the role of each individual on our staff team is to steward the favor and resources that we’ve been entrusted with as a church - and this especially pertains to our Operations team. Our aim is not to merely manage the resources of Garden Church, but to steward them by first offering them up with thanksgiving, and then responding to His leading with wisdom, discernment, and radical generosity. Operations is about so much more than policies and procedures - it’s about building up the church, in partnership with the Holy Spirit, through the perspective of Heaven.
