Spiritual Formation
IN THIS LESSON
When we say yes to Jesus, we say to the eternal call to be formed in the image of Christ.
This is called Spiritual Formation. On earth, we are either being formed to Christlikeness or in the image of the world. This happens through unintentional formation or through intentional counter-formation.
Through intentionality, practices, being with Jesus, and the empowerment of the Spirit we will become individuals who will live lives pleasing to the Father. As leaders, we must accept the call of spiritual formation for ourselves and for those who we are entrusted with.
